Not updating the content on their sites. New fresh content will attract new visitors and keep your other visitors coming back for more. Also Search Engines love fresh new content.

Focussing on only one marketing method. New Affiiates should try to use a wide range of marketing methods to stay diversified and reach as wide a target audience as possible.
