Whether we want to admit it or not, many of us are in jobs that are not fulfilling or that we downright hate. Despite this reality we painfully drag ourselves out of bed each morning and routinely make our way to work because guess what? It pays the bills. But should we just be satisfied with paying the bills? Shouldn't we all seek more? Shouldn't we be more motivated by our jobs? I am positive that most of us have in our heads ideas of what our ideal job would be like. Many of us will dream about it while others will pursue the dream relentlessly.
